MCC Monthly Luncheon

Want to showcase your product or services to a captive audience? Sponsor a Madison Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. Held monthly, the MCC Luncheon’s focus is to provide an opportunity to learn the latest news and information on a variety of business topics brought to you by local business leaders. Concentrating on news vital to the city of Madison and the surrounding communities that have an impact on our community this event also provides another opportunity for MCC members to network with one another. Past speakers have included Gene Goldman, Acting Center Director of NASA Marshall Space Flight Center; Mary Lynne Wright, President of Madison Hospital; Dr. Dee O. Fowler, Superintendent of Madison City Schools and Senator Bill Holtzclaw Alabama State Senate District 2.

As the Sponsor of the Madison Chamber of Commerce Monthly Luncheon, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Three (3) seats at the Monthly Luncheon for yourself and 2 guests. (Additional tickets may be purchased for $15.00 each.)
  • Five (5) minutes of time during the Monthly Luncheon (prior to the guest speaker) to promote your product or service. To top business leaders of the community at large.
  • Table to display your sales materials (brochures, flyers, etc.). Table will be placed inside the meeting room based on available space (if the dining room is at capacity your table will be featured prominently at the entrance to the meeting room). You are free to provide a table banner or banner to be featured on the display table.
  • Included in the cost of your Luncheon is the opportunity to participate in two (2) MCC E-mail blasts with your advertising message. Blasts may be used once prior to your Luncheon and once following your Luncheon.
  • You have the opportunity to provide promotional materials (such as gifts, special discounts or special offers) on your product or service to attendees at your luncheon. Prepare for approximately 75 – 80 guests.

  • In addition to the banner on your display table, you may provide up to two (2) banner stands and/or easel displays (no banners or signs may be hung from the walls or ceiling). Your promotional signage can be displayed both inside and outside the meeting room.
  • Optional opportunity (although highly recommended) is to provide door prize(s) to be awarded at the Monthly Luncheon (up to 3 prizes with the cost of the prizes not included in the sponsorship).

The Madison Chamber of Commerce will promote your Luncheon sponsorship with the following promotional elements:

  • Promotion of your named sponsorship in materials and information sent local and regional media outlets (radio, television, print, community calendars, etc..
  • Promotion of your Luncheon sponsorship via notification by e-mail to all members of the Madison Chamber of Commerce and other members of our e-mail marketing list.
  • Listing of your Luncheon on the Madison Chamber of Commerce Calendar and Community Calendar on our website (www.madisonALchamber.com.
  • At least two (2) updates on the Madison Chamber of Commerce Facebook page featuring your Luncheon sponsorship leading up to the event.
  • Promotion of your luncheon sponsorship a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance in all pre-event promotion (i.e., print, digital, e-mail, newsletters).

Monthly Luncheon Sponsorship: $250.
